6 Tasmanian Oysters served natural with a bloody mary & sake dressing of finely

chopped celery, shallots, chillies and tabiko.

INSALATA DI ANITRA

A warm salad; of croutons, green beans, roasted cherry tomatoes, avocado & orange segments, with a warm marsala & pancetta dressing, served with roasted duck fillets.

ANTIPASTO FRUTTI DI MARE ASSORTIMENTO MISTO (Sharing plate for 2)

A shared selection of seafood including tuna tartare with daikon julienne, light beer battered prawns with tomato chutney, smoked salmon grissini & a dill dip yoghurt, & a blue eye brandade with ciabatta toast & aioli sauce.

A Ravioli of braised lamb, with a rosemary & sugar encrusted double lamb rack on top of a dollop of sweet potato mash baby cress garnish & a seeded mustard sauce.

SOUFFLE DI ZUCCA CON FETA       V

A soufflé of pumpkin & feta served with roast pumpkin, broccolini,

and a rocket and feta salad with a creamy pesto sauce.
