Join us from 12pm on Tuesday 25th December 2018 to celebrate Christmas Day with friends and families.

Starter

  • Mini crayfish, grapefruit & onion cream brioche bite

Entree

  • Roast long island duck fillet, kale, Du Puy lentils & beetroot, feta crumble

  • Homemade potato gnocchi with wagyu meatballs, broccoli, baby corn & pearl onion and a truffle oil scented sauce

  • Blue eye fillet topped with a mushroom crust, sauteed spinach, rhubarb & ginger

Main

  • Roast Turkey breast filled with dry fruit, nuts and sage stuffing, asparagus, roast shallots, cranberry sauce

  • Crispy skin Tasmanian Atlantic salmon fillet, miso glazed baby wombok & peanut, Dashi glaze

  • Grilled Black Angus eye fillet, baked Pumpkin wedge, kipfler potato & baby carrot, red wine sauce

  • Lemon Spaghetti with grilled black tiger prawns, confit basil & pangrattato

Dessert

  • Warm Christmas pudding, fresh mixed berries and a Brandy Anglaise sauce
