ENTREES

Oysters Natural with Lebanese cucumber, lime leaves and white balsamic vinegar
Grilled Hervey bay scallops topped with shimeji mushrooms, Mâche lettuce, hazelnut & dry currant dressing.
Fried calamari rings seasoned with lemon pepper spice, grilled zucchini and basil salad, candied Roma tomato, shaved pecorino cheese, tartare sauce.
Home made potato gnocchi with Wagyu and thyme meat balls, roast butternut pumpkin, pine nut and radicchio, truffle oil scented butter sauce

MAINS

Grilled eye fillet of beef, spinach ravioli, roast parsnips, horseradish relish and a caramelised onion sauce.
Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon fillet ,seasoned with fresh turmeric & wrapped with rice paper, semolina gnocchi, prawn & mint salad, carrot sauce
Glazed duck breast fillet, borlotti beans & green peppercorn cabbage roll, grilled Spring onion, sour mascarpone cream.
Lamb scotch fillet roasted with rosemary salt, sautéed ricotta gnocchi & sweet potato , silverbeet, almond and salsa verde.
Spaghetti marinara with olive oil, lemon juice and pangrattato.
Moroccan brique pastry involtini filled with a ragout of beans & green peppercorn,  side of rocket salad, nashi pear and broccolini, sour cream mascarpone
