Our restaurant boasts the culinary talent of Chef Pierre Barelier who has been responsible for the kitchen as head chef since 2011, previously working in two hat restaurants.

His style is modern Italian, using the very finest seasonal ingredients and employing both classic and modern techniques. The Spring/Summer 2013 menu has been launched and offers a selection of Fedele’s most popular traditional dishes and many new delectable options offering the best flavours of the season.

Fedele’s offers a variety of vegetarian options, and most dishes can be prepared Gluten Free, we pride ourselves on offering a variety of choices for most dietary requirements.
