DOLCI:
Desserts like our unique crepe di banana with banana crème pattissiere caramelised and served with a malt ice cream and oven dried banana chips. Our Fedele's tiramisu is 'to die for'. Also our signature dessert for chocolate lovers only, a trio of wicked treats of bittersweet but light chocolate pudding, a wedge of rich warm chocolate tart, a raspberry and white chocolate parfair all served with a scoop of home made chocolate sorbet. Or delight yourself with a shared platter of four imported and local cheeses served with dried fruit and nuts.

APERTIVI: Serving all styles of cocktails and all licensed drinks and wines. Italian Cocktail specialities like Baci Di Paradiso - kiss in paradise, Grand Marnier and blue curacao, shaken and served with chilled pineapple juice. Fragolina - a mouthwatering blend of strawberry liquer, Dom Benedictine, crème de cacoa and fresh cream. Luna Di Mezzanotte - a frappe of black sambucca, vodka, lemon juice and crushed ice, as black as midnight. Italian Lover - Kahlua, Galliano, amaretto and fresh cream, your ultimate 'Italian Lover'.

Our well stocked cellar of over 200 different wines and champagnes to suit all price pockets. Our range of both Italian and all types of wines from the regions of Australia including local Wantirna and Yarra Valley wines. Also in our list are a full selection of wines by the glass and a reserve list with some of the world'a top rated wines like Penfolds Grange Hermitage, Wolf Blass Platinum, Henschke Hill of Grace, Irvine Grand Merlot, Yering Station Reserve Pinot Noir and an unbelievable choice of Penfolds Bin 389 and the Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay.

PRICE GUIDE:
Entrees from $12.50 to Pasta and Risotto entrees with an average price of $18 and mains about $22. Main courses average $28, with desserts around $12.50.
