Starter

  • Bruschetta topped with Roma tomato, basil and Buffalo ricotta

Entree

  • Trio of oysters and baked hervey bay scallop, carrot and ginger sake dressing

  • Glazed Wagyu straps, chard leaves, beetroot and flat beans salad, onion jam, macadamia crumble

  • Toasted brioche topped with home made salmon gravlax, avocado, asparagus, hazelnut and micro herbs

  • Home made saffron linguine with crayfish meat, edamame and exotic mushrooms, crayfish brandy sauce

Main

  • Grilled Black Angus eye fillet, roast sweet potato puree, asparagus, caramelised onion jam, red wine sauce

  • Pan fried Tasmanian Atlantic salmon fillet topped with feta and herb crust, smoked trout ricotta gnocchi, zucchini ratatouille, sauce vierge

  • Grilled rib eye of pork coated with lemon pepper spices, crushed kipfler potato and green olive, sour cream and coriander pesto

  • Roast Turkey breast filled with dry fruit, nuts and sage stuffing, roast Summer vegetables, Persian feta and rocket salad, confit garlic scented sauce

  • Skull Island prawns brushed with basil oil and grilled, roast capsicum raviolis, grilled zucchini, tomato-chilli jam, baby caper salsa

Dessert

  • Gelato & sorbet, house made biscotti

  • Selection of one International & local cheeses with muscatel, fruit bread and lavosh biscuit

  • “Amor” soft centre dark chocolate pudding, mini cannoli praliné, caramelised banana and date, rum ice cream

  • Warm Christmas pudding, fresh mixed berries and a brandy anglaise sauce

  • Mango and blueberry trifle, crostoli, passionfruit sorbet
