Starter

  • Bruschetta topped with Roma tomato, basil & pecorino cheese (GFO)

Entree

  • Quinoa & citrus salad with green asparagus, pinenut & endive, topped with goat cheese crumble (GF)

  • Toasted brioche topped with Western Australia crayfish medallion, glazed Goji berries, proscuitto crisp, Lola rosa & Brandy sauce

  • Baked Hervey Bay scallops with katsuobushi gnocchi, Sambuca cured Ocean trout, avocado cream, kaffir lime leaves dressing (GFO)

  • Half dozen natural oysters with carrot, ginger & sake dressing (GF)

  • Peppered Veal Girello, baby green lentil ravioli, fried haloumi cheese, hazelnut dressing & watercress

Main

  • Grilled pork fillet & sticky belly rasher, barley ragout, sautéed kale, truffle oil scented sauce (GFO)

  • Grilled eye fillet of beef, roast Kipfler potato, button Mushroom & smoked bocconcini, sautéed English spinach, red wine sauce (GF)

  • Pan seared Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon fillet, zucchini caponata, ricotta gnocchi, edamame & a basil beurre blanc sauce (GFO)

  • Du Puy lentil raviolis served with sautéed baby vegetables, fried haloumi cheese, herb salad, hazelnut & cranberry dressing

  • Roast Turkey breast filled with dry fruit, nuts & sage stuffing, asparagus couscous, Dijon mustard sauce

  • Skull Island prawns brushed with a green peppercorn oil & grilled, glazed baby vegetables, pilaf rice & yoghurt sauce (GF)

Dessert

  • Spiced strawberries & chocolate Trifle with Galliano cream & pistachio crumble, mixed berries sorbet (GFO)

  • Warm Christmas pudding, fresh mixed berries & a Brandy Anglaise sauce
