  • Baked Swissbrown mushrooms with thyme, hazelnut & shaved parmesan, wild rocket salad

  • Fried Calamari rings seasoned with lemon pepper spice, Saffron Spanish onion and olives, tomato concassé

  • Glazed Wagyu rib eye straps, roast parsnip & nashi pear salad, beetroot relish

  • Spaghetti marinara with olive oil, lemon juice and pangrattato
