Bruschetta served with fresh tomato, basil, onion & parmesan cheese

Calamari – lemon pepper spice, roast summer vegetables & Italian parsley vinaigrette (GFO)
Antipasto – chefs selection of cured meats, seafood and vegetables (GFO)
Home-made potato gnocchi – asparagus, chard leaves, cherry tomato, glazed shallots with Napoli sauce (V)

PIATTI PRINCIPALI
Pan-fried Atlantic Salmon fillet – wild rice pilaff, edamame, king mushroom, verjuice sauce (GFO)
Roast corn-fed chicken breast – crushed kipfler potato & green olive, sour cream and coriander pesto (GFO)
Grilled porterhouse – creamy mashed potato, broccolini, red wine sauce (GFO)
Saffron Risotto – button mushroom, kale and smoked bocconcini (GF V)
